Arched Wall Molding Layout for an 11 ft Wall, 9 ft Ceiling
This is a measured arched wall molding layout for a 11 ft (335 cm) wide wall with a 9 ft (274 cm) ceiling. A 9 ft ceiling adds 12" of height; the layout keeps the lower zone fixed and gives the extra height to the upper part of the wall. Why this layout works
Arches soften a long wall and draw the eye up. Keeping each arch near 28" wide gives a full semicircle top without making the arch look squat.

How to install
- Mark the rail or ledge height with a laser level.
- Measure the spacing in from each corner and lightly pencil the outlines.
- Fix long pieces first, then work from the centre of the wall outwards.
- Caulk miters, fill seams and paint wall and trim one color for a built-in look.
