Decorative wall panels turn a plain wall into a feature wall in a day. Every design here is pre-cut from paintable MDF, numbered and ready to fix, so you get the look of custom millwork without measuring, mitering or a workshop.

Decorative wall panel designs

  • Shaker and square grid panels: clean squares or rectangles, perfect behind a bed or a sofa.
  • Geometric and herringbone panels: chevrons, asymmetric lines and herringbone for a modern accent wall.

How to choose the right size

Start with your wall width. A 10 to 12 ft wall usually takes 3 to 4 panel columns; a 14 to 16 ft wall takes 4 to 5. Our free wall molding calculator works out exact panel sizes and spacing, and the wall panel design guide shows each layout with dimensions.

Material and finish

Panels are MDF, which stays straight, takes paint beautifully and costs far less than solid wood. Paint them the same color as the wall for a tone-on-tone luxury look, or contrast them for a bold feature wall. Fix with adhesive and brad nails, or choose self-adhesive versions where offered.
