Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to those destinations. The price you see on the product page is the price at checkout.

How kits are packed

Kits ship flat, with the pieces packed in the order you install them and each piece numbered against the layout reference.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Full details are in our shipping policy.

If something arrives damaged

Send us a photo of the damaged piece together with the outer packaging and we will arrange a replacement for that piece.

Custom-cut kits

Kits cut to your own measurements are prepared after you approve the free layout drawing, then ship the same way as standard kits, with tracking and the pieces numbered against your approved layout.

Delivery questions

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or you need to change the delivery address before the order ships, email info@trimwallhaus.com with your order number. Returns of eligible standard-size kits are accepted within 14 days, as described in our refund policy.
