Where we ship

Trim Wall Haus ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the European Union.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to these destinations. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How kits are packed

Kits ship flat, with the pieces packed in installation order and numbered against the layout reference.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, email clear photos of the damaged parts and the outer packaging to info@trimwallhaus.com. We will replace the damaged items free of charge.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout and contact us as soon as possible if it needs correcting. Once an order has shipped we cannot always redirect it.
