This minimalist wall paneling gives a flat wall real architectural depth without the measuring, cutting and mitering a trim project usually involves. The pieces arrive pre-cut and ready to position, so the work on site is adhesive, filler and paint rather than a chop saw and a weekend of dust.

How it goes up

1. Wipe the wall clean and mark the layout for each frame.
2. Run construction adhesive along the back of each piece.
3. Press into place from the top rail down, taping or pinning until the adhesive cures.
4. Fill the joints, caulk the edges, sand lightly and paint.

About the material

Polystyrene keeps the molding light enough to hold in one hand while you position it, and it is dimensionally stable, so mitered corners stay closed once the adhesive cures. It is supplied primed and ready for standard interior wall paint.
